The one special thing they did was when I broke a screw on the muffler, they were able to repair it for me. "I live in North Pole Alaska a great place to live but the service is not always what it should be. I needed an engine for a MULE PRO FXT after trying to get one locally with no success I got lucky and stumbled on to your dealership. I have to say your service (esp for someone not in your area) was stellar!! Brian went way out of his way not only in securing an engine but ensuring I got the best possible rate and timing on delivery. I could not be any more pleased with the process and people at your shop! I had a very disappointing experience at a local dealership. I found that Chuck from service was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to be helpful in any way possible. I could see that Chuck valued customer satisfaction and service to earn your repeat business. Also Jake from parts was quick to find and recommend new tires for me after my original choice would not be available in time.
